Predefined AHOY's are set for Mechanical, Electronic and Fuel topics but you can create an AHOY for any situation, advice or recommendation.
MAYDAY is the button we hope never is needed, but in real emergencies it sends a distress call to closest to you Rescue services and other buddies in 30NM area.
Points of interest (POI for short) database lets you find services or offers you might need while on the water. As a boat buddy, browse through the database of marinas, gas stations, stores, restaurants and other connected services.
As a service provider, register for FREE and offer your services to the Boat Buddy community. Be the first service that a Boat Buddy sees when searching in your area. Our goal is to collect all the possible POI's and services a boater may need, that's why joining our database is FREE.
Boat Buddy is a product of a Croatian company Buddy Company j.d.o.o., created by boaters Luka Primorac and Ivan Semren. We created this community to ease up boating, take away those moments of frustration while on water (sea, lake, river).
